Air release valve delivery information

 Our range runs from DN25 to DN100 at PN16. Small sizes and large sizes are not the same casting scaled up: at 16 bar, the end connection of a DN100 carries roughly sixteen times the hydraulic thrust of a DN25. Wall thickness, flange drilling and cover bolting are engineered per size, not copied. Casting, machining, epoxy coating and pressure testing take place in-house. Bodies are coated internally and externally, then inspected one by one before dispatch. Packing is standardised: bubble wrap, foam protection, fumigated wooden case, with container loading photos available on request.
